Delicious fig salad with goat cheese for la rentrée

Summer is slowly going away, marking the beginning of la rentrée. Coming back to university (or work) after such a long time of sweet summer leisure requires a lot of energy. And there is no better energy boost than our delicious fig salad. It’s quick and easy to prepare what makes it perfect for pause déjeuner (which is sacred to the French). But above all, it combines all the best flavors that will make summer memories last a little bit longer. Ingredients For one salad you will need: beet greensarugula2 figs (sliced)3 slices of prosciutto hamgoat cheese logwalnutsbalsamic glaze Honey mustard sauce (2 servings): 1 tablespoon honey3 tablespoons mustard2 tablespoons olive oilwater Preparation Toast the walnuts in a pan with no oil, about 5-7 minutes, tossing occasionally.
