Via: Bisou

Parisian summer is back, and so are bars and restaurants. The streets are crowded again. After several long months of lockdowns and curfews, everyone is out craving new gastronomic sensations, especially when it comes to grabbing that long-awaited drink with friends. While there are many places to celebrate the grand re-opening, there is no other like Bisou.

Is there a better way to start a day than a cup of coffee with a shot of pet-nat?
Via: Bisou

Bisou is a small cocktail bar situated right next to the bustling République. Surrounded by spacious restaurants, which make it inconspicuous, it’s almost like a hidden gem of the area. Even though it’s difficult to spot it from the terrace, its interior design stands out but at the same oozes modern Parisian elegance. Delicate, pastel pink meets black marble and golden accents. Yet all the fancy pretty-in-pink decor is not the only thing that makes it remarkable.

In Bisou, you will probably never drink the same thing twice because there’s no menu. Instead of picking something from the list, bartenders ask about your preferences to prepare a bespoke cocktail that fits both mood and season. Sweet or dry, fruity or flowery, more or less alcoholic, there are no limits. Each drink comes in a different glass, topped with flowers and edibles like fruits or candy. There are also options for coffee lovers as well as for those in a rush. If you want to fall in love this summer, nothing will beat the sweet, Parisian Bisou.

We don’t have the slightest idea what we got, but it was delicious.
